DMCA / Content Removal Policy

1) What Can Be Reported

You may submit a removal request for:

2) How to Submit a DMCA / Removal Request

Send an email to dmca@oclute.com with the following:

1. Your full name and contact information
2. A clear description of the copyrighted work or content in question
3. The exact URL(s) of the infringing content
4. A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
5. A statement under penalty of perjury that the information provided is accurate
6. Your electronic or physical signature

3) Processing Your Request

We aim to review all valid DMCA or content removal requests within **48-72 hours**. If more information is required, our support team will contact you before taking further action.

4) Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may send a **counter-notice** to dmca@oclute.com. Your counter-notice must comply with DMCA requirements and will be forwarded to the original complainant.

5) No Tolerance for Repeat Infringers

Users who repeatedly post infringing content will have their accounts permanently suspended and may be reported to relevant authorities.
